In many Native Cultures the Butterfly is a symbol of Eternal Life and the Serpent is a symbol of Wisdom.  A Raven is a Sacred Bird to Eastern Tribes.

Asian Cultures

In Asian Cultures, the color White is actually the color of Death instead of Black. In Korean White Day? A Dragon is a symbol of Wisdom/The Spirit while a Tiger is a symbol of the Instincts /The Flesh.

Eastern Europe

In Eastern Europe Teeth and Hair have a particular meaning. The color red also has a different meaning and even/odd numbers do as well.

Scandinavia

In Scandinavia and North Western Europe the Raven or Crow is associated with the Souls of the Dead. A thief in Germanic Culture.  While in Scripture a Raven can represent Provision.
